He was born on August 2, 1948 in Brentwood, N,H to Fred Herbert and Bonnie Bell (Orr) Taylor. On February 3, 1991 he married Jennie S. Batten of Canaan, NH and they lived there till moving to Greenough, Mt in 1997. Glens love for the outdoors and his time in Fish and Game and law enforcement took him on many adventures.
