Rich of Seeley Lake was inducted into the Montana Cowboy Hall of Fame & Western Heritage Center Feb. 6 in at the Best Western Heritage Inn in Great Falls, Mont.     SWAN VALLEY - Rollie R. Bigley age 76 passed away Nov. 29, 2015 in San Diego, Calif. He was born Dec. 15, 1938 in Hardin, Mont. His family then moved to Kalispell and later to San Diego where he would eventually serve in the Military Reserves as a Marine.
