Head Coach Kellen Palmer said while they have eight boys and five girls on the team, there are a lot of meets scheduled during the weekdays. They are trying to balance the amount of school missed with making sure everyone gets to participate since they can only take five boys and five girls to each meet.

Haley again led the Blackhawks with 105, five strokes short of qualifying for state. Anderson's card of 110 was six strokes ahead of Carver. Cullen Bertsch shot a 134 followed by Connor Matthew who posted a card of 163.

Palmer said they have finally been able to get out on the driving range which "makes a big difference." He added Double Arrow Golf Pro Nate Miller has continued to work with the team making small swing adjustments that have helped improve the teams' game.
"All of the golfers, Ava and Trista included, have done a great job of putting in the work," Palmer wrote in an email. "They have been very coachable and really have been driven to improve and work on some little things that turn into big things."
