Glenda Ella Hawkins-Smith died July 27, 2024 with her family by her side.
She was born on March 15, 1961 in Medford, Oregon to Robert and Sarah (Baker) Hawkins. She attended school in Yaak, Philipsburg and Seeley Lake. She graduated from Seeley-Swan High School. Her early years were spent taking care of children at the Community Hospital Staff Daycare. She enjoyed having her own business, The Fun-Loving Daycare. In 1986, she married Stephen H. Smith and enjoyed many happy years married to him until his death in 2003.
