Joyful Noise Childcare celebrates 10 years

Joyful Noise Childcare, owned and operated by Mary Mount (middle), celebrated 10 years of operation in Seeley Lake May 23. All past and present children and their families were invited to the celebration. Addison Ott, back right, was one of the first attendees when Joyful Noise opened in 2013.

On Wednesday, May 24 the Joyful Noise Childcare at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Seeley Lake celebrated 10 years of tending to the town's youngest residents.

A decade ago Mary Mount saw a lack of childcare options in Seeley Lake and decided to open Joyful Noise to help out parents of the Lutheran Congregation. Over the years Mount has cared for many of the town's kids.

Providing child care for 10 years has brought her a lot of joy, and while many of the moments have been trying, she has continued it for the greater good.
