MISSOULA -- Contractor Robert ‘Bob” Lowry sits in jail while facing criminal charges for allegedly committing several acts of fraud and theft amounting to $40,000 in Seeley Lake.
While confined in the Lewis and Clark County Jail, Missoula County prosecutors recently filed charges claiming Lowry, 57, who faced similar charges in at least three other states, collected fees for work he did not complete in Seeley Lake.
Lowry faced charges dating back to 2018 and was convicted of several of them in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and New Mexico.
He filed several countersuits against arresting officers...
