OVANDO - Ovando residents and visitors gathered July 4 for the annual parade, beer gardens and barbecue sponsored by the Ovando Fire Department and Helmville Quick Response Unit. This year's parade theme was "Remember when you rode a bike?" Participants decorated their bicycles with all kinds of fun noise makers and a few riders from Germany, Canada and Colorado joined the celebration....
