Olive oil and vinegar infused products a highlight

SEELEY LAKE – Olive U Oil & Vinegar, a Montana owned business, offers their products at the Seeley Lake Market this year. Justine Morris bought the business two years ago.

Morris purchased the business after being a customer. The previous owner approached Morris when for personal reasons she had to sell the business.

"She approached me because she knew I loved the product," Morris said. "She knew I would be able to continue the brand and market the brand she started."

This is a quality product with a lot of health benefits, Morris said. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar are infused with various flavors such as favorite lemon, jalapeño infused oil and summer flavors including Peach White Vinegar and Cucumber Melon White Vinegar.

Morris works with a company on the West Coast who infuses the oils and vinegar made from Mediterranean sourced olives. The product is 100% organic and non-GMO certified.

Tastings are offered each week at the market. Morris attempts to bring over 30 flavors for sale. Her products are available at nine different locations, mostly in Missoula County and the Bitterroot Valley and online at http://www.oliveumt.com.

"I am in the expansion growth mode," Morris said. "I continue to look for wholesale partners."

The Seeley Lake Market is held on the lawn behind the Seeley Lake Foundation Building on Sundays from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. through Labor Day.
