One Blackhawk qualifies for state in first tournament

SEELEY LAKE – The Seeley Swan High School Golf season is in full swing with a new coach Colleen Stone. Mia Nicholas, a freshman homeschool student, qualified for state shooting a 98 during her first high school tournament played in Hamilton, March 31.
Other individual scores from the Hamilton Tournament are: junior Ava Thornsberry, 114, senior Tegan Mauldin, participated but no score available, junior Ari Nicholas, 82, freshman Aiden Postumus, 92; junior Ben Haley, 95, freshman Trey Miller, 116 and junior Chris Auchenbach, 128.
