ARLEE - The Crooks fire (https://inciweb.nwcg.gov/incident/7759/) located 10 miles east of Arlee on Confederated Salish Kootenai Tribal Lands, experienced significant growth Monday afternoon and evening. The plume could be seen from Highways 83, 200 and 90. Seeley Lake District Ranger Quinn Carver said the fire is growing into old burn scars from the Liberty fire of 2017 and Jocko Lakes fire of 2007.
