Four girls qualified for State Golf

Friday, April 16 Seeley-Swan Golf teams placed second for the Class C schools at the Plains High School Golf Invitational. Girls Trista Wendel and Ava Thornsberry also qualified for State Golf. They will join teammates Bethany Hoag and Tegan Mauldin who qualified for State at the meet in Hamilton March 25. Several Seeley-Swan golfers also participated in the Steve Hullett Invitational in Bigfork, Montana Thursday, April 15.

The Blackhawks met tough competition in Bigfork on Thursday. Of the nine teams, the Seeley-Swan boys shot 514, 90 strokes short of eighth placed Powell County.
