Free meals for students over Winter Break

SEELEY LAKE - Seeley Lake Elementary is offering free meals to anyone under the age of 18 during the Winter Break (Dec. 21 – Jan. 1). A box containing five days worth of breakfasts and lunches can be picked up at SLE from 12 – 2 p.m. on Mondays, Dec. 21 and Dec. 28. To sign up for a food box, please fill out the form https://forms.gle/6vsbPoVC2pz6KFBJA. To guarantee a box for Monday, please complete the form by 12 p.m. on Wednesday.

Loving Hearts free days and Santa visits Dec. 16 and Dec. 23

SEELEY LAKE – Loving Hearts Thrift Shop will be offering everything in the store for free Wednesdays Dec. 16 and Dec. 23 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Santa will also be visiting both weeks from 12 – 2 p.m. and invites anyone who wants to come and take a photo with him. The photo invite has even been extended to pets on Dec. 23.

Potomac School Christmas Program closed to public

POTOMAC – While Potomac School will be offering their traditional Christmas Program again Dec. 16 and Dec. 17, it will be held on multiple nights and in smaller cohort groups. Each cohort group will do a separate performance with only four audience members allowed per student.

Even though Potomac School will live stream the program, it will not be public and video recordings of the performances will not be available.

Santa’s Village opened Dec. 14

Swan Valley - Santa’s Village is a holiday tradition in the Swan Valley. It opened Monday, Dec. 14 and will continue through Saturday, Dec. 19. Everyone in the community is invited to stop by.

Santa’s Village is located at Falls Creek Guest Ranch, just southeast of the Mission Mountains Mercantile on 2088 Kauffman Road. It will be open between 3 – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday and from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday.

This special event is free with toys for the children in the valley. All are welcome to take pictures with Santa.

Seeley Lake Library News

SEELEY LAKE - During the Seeley-Swan High School Winter Break, the Seeley Lake Library will be closed Saturday, Dec. 26. Patrons may pick up or request materials this Saturday. Call 677-8995 for more information.

The Seeley Lake Library is a branch of Missoula Public Library located at SSHS. The library is temporarily open for curbside service Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
