Lot 89, owned by William Bartolet, won the Grand Prize for this year's Double Arrow Ranch Phase II decorated lighting contest for his display on the corner of Laurel Lane and Morrell Creek Drive.
SEELEY LAKE - Phase II of the Double Arrow Ranch Subdivision added a little competitive spirit to the holidays with a decorative lighting contest. The contest was a way to show appreciation to those who provided a bright spot in the neighborhood and perhaps to encourage others to show their Christmas spirit.
Twenty-one residents participated this year in the second annual competition. Three volunteers judged the light displays. Judges considered originality/creativity, magnitude, attractiveness and design/theme to rank the displays.
