COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO – Rowan Lee and Kinley Gray Parcell were born June 17, 2019 to Canyon and Brooke Parcell of Colorado Springs, Colo. Rowan weighed 5 pounds, 10 ounces and 19.25 inches long. Kinley weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and 19.25 inches long. The twins were welcomed by they siblings Collin and Tegan. Canyon is the son of Bob and Danni Parcell of Condon.
