Pathfinder policy change

In light of the issue raised by the Seeley Lake Water District the Pathfinder is changing its policy. Going forward, classifieds must contain contact information or the name of the submitting party to be run. This prevents opinion from being run without attribution and ensures that questions and concerns can be directed towards the responsible party.
