SSHS grads prepare for their next journey

Seniors Braxson Crum, Jenna Harnisch-Colby and Madison Hinchey pick a rose to honor someone who has been an inspiration in their lives. The presentation of roses is a part of the ceremony that is specific to Seeley-Swan High School.

SEELEY LAKE - Seeley-Swan High School celebrated the achievements of its 28 seniors at the graduation ceremony on Sunday, June 2.

Dr. Kathleen Pecora, principal of SSHS, greeted the graduates and guests at the event and shared some parting words with the graduating class.

"Seniors, this year I feel like you and I have one major thing in common, it's a universal truth that all good things must eventually come to an end," said Pecora who will retire at the end of this school year.
