Browning man killed in single vehicle accident

The 2000 Pontiac Sunfire rolled twice after the driver overcorrected while headed towards Missoula on Highway 200 early Tuesday morning.

OVANDO – A single-vehicle roll over on Highway 200 May 7 claimed the life of 19-year-old man from Browning. Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Brian Inman said alcohol, speed and not wearing seatbelts were the major factors in the crash. No citations were issued.

According to Inman, early Tuesday morning a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire was westbound on Highway 200. It came to the curve in the road just west of Ovando at mile marker 41.9. The driver Uriel Tatsey, 19 from Browning, overcorrected and went off the right side of the road. He overcorrected back onto the road and then overcorrected again to...
