Not only was there corned beef, cabbage and Irish stew served at the annual Seeley Lake Senior Center St. Patrick's Day dinner, attendees could bid on silent auction items and a good dose of Irish luck could be had in the cake walk and 50/50 raffle.
SEELEY LAKE – The Seeley Lake Senior Center hosted their annual St. Patrick's Day Dinner March 17. Senior Center President Boyd Gossard said the event went very well and all the proceeds will support the general operating budget for the Senior Center.
The Seeley-Swan High School Leos Club helped with the event for the second year. They had six students that helped Saturday night and Sunday during the main event.
"They were a tremendous help. I just can't say enough about those kids and all the work they did," said Gossard. "They were just really good."
