Sub-zero temperatures settle into Seeley Lake


The temperature sign on Highway 83 showed -31 early Monday morning.

SEELEY LAKE - Monday, March 4 the Seeley Lake Ranger District reported a low of -34. This is the lowest temperature recorded for March at the Ranger District since they started keeping records in 1967. Local schools ran two hours late. By 3 p.m. spring seemed a little closer with temperatures reaching the mid-20s.
