Swan Valley AARP meeting, Nov. 13
Swan Valley - The Swan Valley AARP will meet Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 12 p.m. at the Swan Valley Community Hall. A potluck lunch hosted by Barb and Joe Raible will begin at 12:30 p.m. At 1:30 p.m. there will be a brief business meeting followed by Barb talking about their recent trip to Ireland. The public is invited.
Seeley Lake Caregiver Support Group
Whether you are a family member or professional provider, caring for someone with a chronic disease or disability can be challenging. However, there are steps you can take to manage your personal health and well-being as you continue to provide care.
Missoula Aging Services offers a support group for caregivers in the Seeley Lake area. Join them every third Tuesday of the month from 1-2 p.m. at Mission Bible Fellowship Library, 3158 Highway 83 in Seeley Lake.
Topics covered include:
• How to identify stress
• Stress management
• What is caregiver burnout
• Compassion fatigue
• How to incorporate self-care into your daily routine
• The importance of establishing healthy boundaries
• Developing the capacity to listen

Hunters against hunger
The Seeley Swan Community Food Bank is looking for donations of deer and elk to provide to those in need.
To donate call Rod, 210-1574, in Seeley Lake. The meat will be processed and distributed to those that use the Seeley-Swan Food Bank.
