I would like to take this opportunity to thank this community of Seeley Lake for the warm welcome that my wife and I have received since our arrival. We are enjoying our new home and the many welcoming smiles from literally everybody that we meet!
This community has been served by the Seeley Lake Rural Fire District since 1984. During this time there have been many opportunities to share our support to you by providing the fire protection and emergency medical care that you deserve. We have public functions such as the pancake breakfast and movie nights to try to share with you some of the changes that we continue to make, such as showing off our recently purchased Brush Truck. We are committed to provide the best service for you in your time of need.
We continue to make advances in our emergency medical care to use the best education, technology and equipment available. Our members attend fire training monthly in preparation for your request for service. Some of our community programs include; provide access to address numbering, free smoke detectors, access to burn permits, Smart 911 and public education opportunities such as Ready, Set, Go! for those interested.
Although I have only been with the Seeley Lake Rural Fire District a short time, I have felt the pride that our members share as we move forward with our education and advances into the future.
This has been an exciting career for me, please consider joining our team! You will receive the best education and training available (at no expense to you) and experience the pride that we share. There is a place for everybody! Membership applications are available at the District office 200 Firehouse Lane during business hours.
