Well the birds are coming back already. I have the usual winter ones but I also have a couple of little wrens. I bet they wonder why they came back so soon. They like the seeds and suet feeders so they will be fine.
The big cats are out so please watch your dogs while they are out and don’t leave them out alone while you are gone unless you have someone to watch them.
Also people are again stealing dogs, especially purebreds. There were two reported in Missoula and there is a Brittney Spaniel missing in the Grant Creek area. There is a $2,000 reward for her. It’s possible a big cat may have got her.
I hear we have someone with Pit Bull puppies, which they will be giving away. So tell me, you let your dog get bred and then you go around giving them to anyone who will take them, not caring who takes them? Why did you let her get bred??
Yes, it is people’s business because those kind of puppies end up with poor owners and then in the shelter and the shelter is paid for by taxpayers. Are you irresponsible or careless? I would be glad to help you spay her if you just call!

Bolt from Ben. A rose is a rose even when its in a potato. You can root a rose cutting nicely by sticking it into a raw potato and planting it potato and all where you want the rose to grow. Try it, it might work. I am ready for roses!
LATE NEWS: The Catery at the Thompson River Animal Care Center Shelter burnt down last week and the two workers were able to get 27 cats out. It was too smoky and full of fire to go back in. Lucky the firemen arrived and went in and saved the other three cats who had to go to the hospital and will survive. The Ed Jackson Fund Helping Pets sent them a nice check. They are such caring wonderful workers who save many pets from their area and go to kill shelters and rescue many animals that puppy mills throw away.
Montana must rid itself of those terrible puppy mills. The legislature must pass that bill, please support it when it comes out. I will keep you posted.
