Optimal Fitness owner and personal trainer Terryl Bartlett placed second in the Night of Champions Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure Championships Figure Masters 50 Class. She said the photo represents a one day look that is unsustainable long term. However she does feel that it shows she has knowledge about nutrition and exercise. "I can and have helped people achieve their personal best," said Bartlett. "Whether it is gaining strength, losing weight, toning up or rediscovering who you used to be, if you have the determination to do what I ask of you, you can achieve your goals."
SEELEY LAKE – Terryl Bartlett, owner of Optimal Fitness and certified trainer, placed second in the Night of Champions Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure Championships Figure Masters 50 Class in Spokane, Wash., Oct. 22.
Bartlett was among nearly 380 competitors with eight in her class. She said she competes because it holds her accountable to a lofty standard and helps her achieve her personal best.
Bartlett did her first show in 2009 at the Big Sky Championships in Missoula. While she didn't place her first year, she came back in 2010 to the Night of Champions in Spokane and the Big Sky Champio...
