Runners Start Out Strong at 7 on 7

Will Banks ran 34 seconds faster than his personal record finishing in 22:59.25 at the 7 on 7 meet. He also ran even splits, 7:06 per mile, for the first two miles.

HELENA - It's always exciting to run in the 7 on 7 races, especially against Bozeman High School, the largest AA school in the state that usually wins boys and girls state cross country. Each school puts in their number one girl and boy runners in Race 1 and so forth down to Race 7, with their top seven runners.

Seeley-Swan High School (SSHS) did not have a runner for each race. However the boys still took third in the C Division without Cameron Haines and Avery Smith.
