Lessons Learned at National Competition

SEELEY LAKE - The Hellgate Civilian Shooters returned from their National Shooting Competition at Camp Perry, Ohio placing 22 out of 40 invited teams.

"We didn't perform like I thought we could have," said Head Coach Trace Weisenburger. "But it all comes down to the experience of the teams. We are going to take some lessons we learned from this competition and use them to our benefit."

The team consisted of Seeley Lake shooters Justin Thomas, Ibby Lorentz and Sam Weisenburger, Alex Weisenburger of Florence, Mont. and Libby Diller of Frenchtown, Mont. They were ranked sixth going into Nationals...
