Hawks Take First At Darby Invitational

Tuesday's Champion Junior McKinley Nicholas chipping onto the green. Nicholas topped all scores with his 81 in Hamilton.

HAMILTON - The Blackhawks played the Darby Invitational on Tuesday, April 26 in Hamilton, Mont. They placed three boys in the top 10 and took first place overall as a team.

"It was a great day!" said Head Coach Wayne Cahoon, "The weather was good and the players are improving their game each week. The state golf tournament will be played in Hamilton in a few weeks, so it's nice to see the team so relaxed on this course."

Junior McKinley Nicholas won the gold medal by two strokes with an 81.

Senior Jacob Haley wasn't far behind with an 84, which landed him in a five-way tie for third place...
