Through December 16

• Giving Tree sponsored by Mountain Lakes Presbyterian Church at Cory's Valley Market. Check out cards on the tree at the check stand. Boxed, unwrapped gifts must be returned to Cory's by Monday, Dec. 16 by 5pm.

Through December 18

• Angel Tree at the Seeley Lake Fire Department. Stop in Monday-Friday 8am-5pm to sign up a child (provide name, age, gender, clothing sizes, likes and physical address for delivery) until Dec. 9. Cards can be picked up and the wrapped packages returned by 5pm, Dec. 18. The Department will deliver the gifts Dec. 21. More info: 677-2400.

• Santa visiting Seeley Lake, 3-5:30pm, The Filling Station. Bring your Christmas list and camera for photos with Santa.

December 7

• Third annual Potomac Valley Craft Show, 10am-3pm at the Potomac-Greenough Community Center. Call 406-830-1818 for booth information.

• Upper Swan Valley Historical Society's annual Frostbite Festival & Holiday Bazaar. 10am-3pm at the Swan Valley School, 6423 Highway 83, mile maker 38-39. Arts and crafts sale, bake sale, watercolor workshop & craft activities. Details at or call 406-754-2238 or 406-754-2538.

• Lunch and Learn Herbal Swag Class, 10am, Seeley Lake Community Foundation Building. Dried herbs, flowers and other botanical beauties will be provided with the class to make and take home for your own herbal swag. Class $12. • Seeley-Swan Mountain Bells, "Step Into A Christmas Card" handbell choir concert, 4pm, Double Arrow Lodge Great Hall. The concert will include tunes by the Seeley Lake Barbershop Ensemble. Enjoy Christmas songs performed by duet Shauna Anders and Sandy Abbott on the piano while being seated.

December 10

• Loving Hearts Christmas Toy & Gift Sale. 5:30-6:30pm or until sold out at Mission Bible Fellowship, Seeley Lake. The public is invited. Free gift wrapping.

Ladies Christmas Cookie & Scarf Exchange Party, 6pm, Mission Bible Fellowship. Light dinner served. Please bring eight packages of six cookies each to exchange and a scarf from your closet to exchange. For more information contact Erika 406-499-2903

•Citizens Alliance Bank (Member FDIC & Equal Housing Lender) Annual Customer Appreciation Meal and Open House. Meal to be held from 11:30am-1:30pm and the Open House to be held from 9:30am-3pm in the Bank lobby. Please bring a non-perishable item and/or a monetary donation to help support the Seeley Swan Community Food Bank.

Take a sleigh ride at the Rich Ranch during their community appreciation day, Dec. 15.

• Christmas Eats and Treats. Starting at 3pm at The Filling Station. Turkey, ham, dinner rolls, cakes and other goodies. Kitchen will be closed. Everyone is invited! Bar & Casino open 1-11pm. If you don't have a place to go on Christmas or if you didn't get enough holiday eats with the family, come see us. We're open!
