Through mid-December: $10 food bags for the Seeley-Swan Community Food Bank available at Cory's Valley Market. Sponsored by Veterans & Families of Seeley Lake.

Through Monday, Dec. 12: Giving Tree sponsored by Mountain Lakes Presbyterian Church at Cory's Valley Market. Check out gift cards from the tree at the check stand. UNWRAPPED gifts must be returned to Cory's by 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12. Boxes appreciated.

Through Tuesday, Dec. 20: Angel Tree at the Seeley Lake Fire Department, 200 Firehouse Lane. Parents or legal guardians are encouraged to stop in Monday - Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. to sign up a child (provide name, age, gender, clothing sizes, likes and physical address for delivery). Angels can be picked up at the Department. Wrapped packages for the Angel must be returned by 5 p.m., Dec. 20. The Department will deliver the gifts Dec. 23 beginning at 5 p.m. More info: 406-677-2400.

• Loving Hearts Annual Toy & Gift Sale, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. or until sold out. Mission Bible Fellowship, Highway 83, Seeley Lake. Everyone is invited. Lots of toys and gifts for the whole family. Very reasonable prices and free gift wrapping.

Thursday, Dec. 8

• Storytime at Sparrow's Vine, 10 – 11 a.m. Seeley Lake Community Foundation building, Highway 83. Join us for snacks, stories and craft time. Parents stay for the duration of the event. For more information call Jama Mauldin 406-677-1900.

• Uncorked and Creative Christmas Gnomes Painting Class, 6 p.m. Double Arrow Lodge, Seeley Lake. Come get in the spirit of the holidays at "the Lodge" with artist Kris Gullikson. Have fun painting gnomes with acrylics on canvas. All ages are welcome. Saturday, Dec. 10

• Wildlife Tracks and Sign, 9 a.m. Swan Valley Connections. Spend a day in the field, honing your eyes to the bustle clues left behind by wildlife. Learn how to read their tracks and interpret sign to identify the animals and determine their movements and behaviors in the Swan Valley and beyond. Spots are limited. • Snowflake Spectacular Bazaar, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Lindey's Prime Steak House, Highway 83, Seeley Lake. Different vendors every Saturday offering a variety of unique gifts, jewelry, lamps, books and stocking stuffers. Lindey's Bayburgers will be open for lunch.

• Blackhawk BIZ Pop-Up Market, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Seeley-Swan High School cafeteria. Stop in and support SSHS student-run businesses as part of the Entrepreneur Class. Products available include: homemade goodies; hand-made crafts, jewelry and apparel; and student art created from various mediums. Great opportunity for unique gifts!

• Christmas at Camp Utmost, 5:30 p.m. Camp Utmost, 12901 Utmost Way, Greenough. Bring your family and friends and celebrate with us at our annual family-style ham and turkey Christmas dinner. This is a free event but please RSVP at camputmost.org or by calling 406-244-0049.

Light up your car, rig, UTV, ATV and/or trailer and join the Christmas Caravan in Seeley Lake. Hay ride, bonfires and joy! Start at the Coop or pull in line from your business or home. All businesses, schools, families and towns are encouraged to attend and/or have rally points/bonfires. Psst...watch the skies about 8 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 21

Seeley Lake Elementary School Christmas Store, all afternoon, Seeley Lake Elementary. Students purchase gifts for their family for $0.25 per gift. SLE is accepting donations of: new and gently used items (no clothing) for all ages; gift wrapping, tape or gift bags; and monetary donations to purchase gifts for the store. Gifts for dads and teens is especially needed. Donations can be dropped off at the SLE office or call Suzie at 406-677-2265 for more information.

Swan Valley School Christmas Program "How to Train Your Reindeer," 6:30 p.m. Swan Valley School Gym. Christmas musical performed by the entire school including a performance by the junior high band.
