    SEELEY LAKE – After being prompted into action by the repainting of the carved bears and Clearwater Mini Storage's new Welcome sign on the west side of Highway 83, local artist and graphic designer Kris Gullikson replaced the old "Welcome to Seeley Lake" sign.     SEELEY LAKE – At the annual Seeley Lake Fire Department awards dinner Dec. 6, Rita Rossi was recognized by her peers as the Volunteer of the Year for the Seeley Lake Volunteer Fire Department.     CONRAD - Lucille Mary "Cec" (Brophy) Peterman was born Dec. 5, 1939 in Conrad, Montana to William and Beatrice Brophy of Valier, Montana. She passed peacefully in her sleep on Nov. 25 at the Pondera Medical Center Extended Care after a long battle with dementia. She was 80 years old. Cec was the seventh of 10 children.     BILLINGS - Jack O. Patton, age 97, was born in Silver City, New Mexico. He was the youngest of four children born to Thomas Leonard (TL) and Jesse H. Patton. Jack died in Billings, Montana on Nov. 24, 2020. Jack grew up on a ranch homesteaded by his parents near Silver City, New Mexico. In about 1944 he was drafted into the US. They would be asked to work one Tuesday a month from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, customers are not coming into the Food Bank.
