    HELENA - Montana State Parks is seeking public comment on proposed Recreational Trails Program (RTP) grant awards for the current grant cycle which closed Feb. 1. Public comment on the proposed RTP grant awards is open through Friday, June 8 at 5 p.m. Montana’s RTP awarded approximately $1.57 million in grant funds to 50 trails projects located across Montana.     SEELEY LAKE – The Seeley Lake Invitational Track Meet was renamed the Zelda May Haines (ZMH) Invitational in honor of past junior high track coach Zelda Haines. Seeley Lake Elementary Head Track Coach Brett Haines said it was a way to recognize her more than 30 years of coaching at SLE.     SEELEY LAKE – Seeley-Swan High School senior Wrangell Parcell was the sole golfer this year for the Seeley-Swan Blackhawks. He shaved 50 strokes off his score from last year and appreciated the one-on-one instruction from Head Coach Wayne Cahoon. Parcell ran track in elementary school.
