Elwyn (Pete) Petry went home on Jan. 15. He was born in Flint, Michigan on March 22, 1945 to Annis and Theodore Petry. He had four siblings Ralph, Gloria, Wayne and Laverne. He had five children Nick, Rick, Steve, Angela and Amanda. There are 11 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren that will remember him through the stories told by the family. The Seeley Lake Ranger District is seeking public feedback on the proposed Monture Hazard Tree removal project located at the Monture Creek Campground and Trailhead.
