SEELEY LAKE - Doug Pewitt passed away on Feb.10 after his vehicle fell through the ice on Salmon Lake. This tragedy was softened and made easier to handle due to the response and support of individuals and agencies involved. Thanks go out to Seeley Lake Fire Department, Seeley Lake QRU, Seeley-Swan Search and Rescue, Missoula County Sheriff’s Office, the U.S. Forest Service and Montana Highway Patrol.
