SPC Rincon R. Parcell, 2006 graduate of Seeley-Swan High School, is currently on duty at FOB/TB Gamberi in Afghanistan. He is part of the 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, U.S. Army - Alaska, U. S. Army Pacific. His unit is based at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Anchorage, Alaska.
